The 28,000 square foot building was originally part of the Hart Graphics printing company and was used as a warehouse for shipping and delivery of products. MFB purchased the property in 2005 and began redevelopment. A section of the building was demolished to make room for the new parking lot, a new facade was built, and a multi-tenant center with a common area loading corridor was created. Current tenants include a sports therapy rehabilitation center, a consignment store, restaurants, a bridal shop, and a flooring store.
